This training aims at providing participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve a consistent and immaculate professional image at all times. \n  \nWho Should Attend? \nFront-line\, back-end support staff and anyone in contact with clients and prospects. \n  \nHow Will You Benefit? \nBy the end of this programme\, participants should be able to: \n\nDevelop a professional image in accordance with their profession and the organisation’s image and branding\nUnderstand the importance of personal hygiene\, as the first step to good grooming\nLearn how to manage your image with strategic makeover tips \nUse the right colour and wardrobe appropriate for business occasions\nUnderstand the importance of projecting a positive image through poise and posture\n\n  \nMethodology: \nThe training is based on a comprehensive learning system with clear objectives\, achieved through multimedia presentation\, discussions\, group activities and assignments. \n  \nGuided Learning Hours: 2 Days\, 8 hours per day (9am – 5pm) \n  \nTraining Dates: \nMay 2022: 12 – 13 May 2022 \nJune 2022: 9 – 10 June 2022 \nJuly 2022: 14 – 15 July 2022
