Good grooming puts customers at ease and makes front-line staff feel confident, leaving a positive and lasting impression in the minds of the public. This training aims at providing participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve a consistent and immaculate professional image at all times.

Methodology:

The training is based on a comprehensive learning system with clear objectives, achieved through multimedia presentation, discussions, group activities and assignments.
